probably one of the most cute and wholesome manga i've ever read (at least out of the manga i've read so far).
the premise is relatively simple: guy sits next to a girl who's nearsighted and sometimes forgets her glasses (as the title would suggest). he helps her out with school stuff, then they become friends, then progress from there. pretty standard stuff.
however, the interactions between the main guy and main girl are really cute at times. i really don't want to admit this, but some particular moments nearly made me audibly squeal.
the only bad thing about this manga is that it made me realize that i didn't even bother trying to have a love life, although that isn't really the manga's fault (and the main couple is cute enough that i can ignore my real life woes anyways).
this manga is also the first manga i've ever bought a physical copy of (official english translation of volumes 1-7, i do plan on buying 8-12 once volume 12 comes out, which probably won't happen for a year or two), so i guess that just goes to show how much i like this manga.
there is also an anime adaptation. i haven't watched it, i don't plan on doing so, and i don't recommend that you watch it. based on what i've heard, the anime is paced much slower than the manga, and focuses too much on the main guy's thoughts, although my reason for not watching it is because the design for the main girl looks so much worse in the anime than the manga.
honestly, just read the manga instead.
